You instructor has the option to allow the Sync Meeting space to allow you to invite participants outside of your class and your university. Below are the instructions on how to do this for the Sync meeting.
You will need to begin by scheduling the Sync Meeting. You will choose the date and time that you wish to hold your meeting.
You will then be allowed to invite both external and internal participants. To invite external you will copy and paste the link in an email and send it to the external participants. This will give them access to the meeting. We recommend that you also send them the date, and time that the meeting will be held in the same email.
