Steps to create an activity:
To create a new video presentation activity, click the Video Assignment link in the Navbar at the top of the page. Then click the Create Assignment button. NOTE: If YouSeeU content has been copied into your course from another course and the copied assignments don't appear in the Assignment list, click the Synchronize Assignments button to ensure that your Assignments list is updated and reflects all copied content.

The first step in the activity creation is to enter a name for the activity.

The second step is to add instructions and an overview video.
The text instructions are available to the students before they start the activity. They provide instruction on how to complete the assignment. Instructors can also choose to record an overview video in addition to the written instructions.

Grade Settings
- Educator Ratings – The Educator rates the submission on a 5-star scale.
- Grade Entry – The Educator will manually enter a percentage grade.
- Pass/Fail – The Educator selects pass or fail as the grade for each submission.
- Completed/Not Completed – Auto-grade based on whether or not the student submitted before the end date.
An additional option is to allow students to watch each others’ video presentations and give peers reviews.

The final step in the activity creation is to enter a due date for the activity.

The final step is to add the created activity to the content of the course. Without completing this step, students will not be able to see the activity.
Click the Content tab at the top of the page.

In the module you want to add the activity to, click the Add Existing Activities button.

Choose Video Assignment from the drop down menu.

Click on the name of the assignment to be added. Assignments that are already added to content will not be available to click on.
