After your template is created, it can be edited for your specific use.
Click on the Pencil icon to edit the template’s basic details.
The edit template screen will open and you can change the template’s settings. This is where you will add the template code for the LMS integration to enable auto class creation through integration requests.
Click on the Calendar icon to adjust dates. This is where you can activate the auto date feature. With auto dates, you can specify a date pattern to make class creation easier. Instead of using the actual date option, you can set dates using week and day identifiers. This will enable the system to set actual dates automatically once the class start date is known.
The dates screen will display all dates associated with the template and you can edit the dates here if necessary. Click Save after making changes.
If you click on the Use auto dates button, the system will convert your actual dates to the date pattern which follows a week and day configuration. Week 1 is defined as the week containing the start date. Edit the date pattern here if necessary and click Save after making changes.
Click on the Trash Can button to delete your template. Be sure that the template is not needed because this function can not be reversed.
