Receiving feedback through comments and ratings is a valuable function of YouSeeU. Other students can provide feedback as they review your videos, presentations, or documents. There are multiple sources of feedback including 5-Star Ratings, Rubrics, Individual or Group Comments, and SyncComments.
To review ratings or rubrics from students, go to the assignment that you want to check and click Summary Report. A table will open and you’ll see a column for Student Ratings or Rubrics.
You can review written comments by clicking on the Open button in the activity table. If Individual Comments were chosen by your educator, then you’ll see the comments in the comments window on the right side of the screen. Group comments will display in the same area, and you’ll need to review all comments to find any that address your submission specifically.
For video presentation activities, your SyncComments will appear in the comments box on the lower right side of the page. These comments display at a specific time as your video plays in order to provide you with feedback regarding something you just said or did in your speech or presentation. If many participants have commented on your submission, you may need to pause your video to review the comments before continuing.
